In Russia, Feed Protein Prices Increased by Almost 14% Over the Year

The lowest price in the last two years was recorded in January 2024 at 12,300 rubles per ton, while the peak price occurred in June 2025 at 17,500 rubles per ton.

The price dynamics show a general increase in the cost of feed ingredients, which traditionally exerts pressure on the production costs of livestock products.

The rise in feed protein prices is attributed to increased raw material costs, fluctuations in the vegetable protein market, and the ongoing rise in logistics costs.
