Organized by ICA Events, the International Food Products and Technologies Exhibition – WorldFood Istanbul will once again bring together the giants of the food industry for the 33rd time at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center from September 2–5, 2025. Preparations are in full swing to connect more than 900 buyers from 100 countries with exhibitors.
Strong Interest from the Food Sector in the 33rd WorldFood Istanbul

As Turkey’s leading international meeting platform for the food industry, WorldFood Istanbul is preparing to showcase numerous new products and the latest technologies to the market. With over 90% of stands already sold and strong demand continuing from both domestic and international participants for the remaining spaces, the exhibition is expected to welcome over 900 buyers from 100 countries at Tüyap between September 2–5, 2025.

Over four days, WorldFood Istanbul will host more than 30 thematic events under 4 main themes, featuring 80+ leading names in the food sector. On the FOOD ARENA stage, they will deliver inspiring sessions covering a wide range of topics—from climate-friendly solutions and AI-powered food innovations to next-generation agriculture and ethical production.

The FOOD ARENA program will offer a 360° perspective on the present and future of the food world. Key themes include:

  • September 2, Tuesday: “The Big Picture: Awakening of Food and Agriculture”

  • September 3, Wednesday: “Planet’s Plate: Climate-Friendly Smart Food”

  • September 4, Thursday: “The Code of the Future: From Data to Plate”

  • September 5, Friday: “The Entrepreneur’s Kitchen: What Will We Eat Tomorrow?”

A wide range of product categories will be represented at WorldFood Istanbul, including: meat, poultry and seafood; food ingredients and preservatives; frozen products; food transportation and logistics; beverages; fruits and vegetables; healthy and organic products; confectionery & nuts; dairy products; staple foods, oils and bakery items. In addition, cleaning & hygiene products, food & beverage services & catering, as well as store & market equipment will also have a strong presence.

This year, WorldFood Istanbul will further strengthen its role as a “regional and international vision platform” with participation from countries such as the United States, China, India, Italy, Thailand, South Korea, Egypt, Nigeria, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, and Albania.
