Butter Production in Russia Increases by 2% While Consumption Declines

Consumption from January to August increased by 4.6%, to 288.9 thousand tons, contrasting with the dynamics of butter.

In contrast, stocks in this category decreased by 45% by early October, to 7.9 thousand tons, indicating a more stable demand and market balance.
