Nestlé Expands Nescafé Fusion System to Meet Growing Demand for Customizable Hot and Cold Coffee Options
Aimed at settings like offices, hotels, convenience stores, and institutions in healthcare and education, the Nescafé Fusion machines cater to the increasing demand for versatile coffee options, especially the rise in popularity of iced beverages among younger consumers. Designed to offer a full menu of espresso-based and filter coffee beverages, including popular iced drinks like iced lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas, the system provides food service providers with a robust solution to simultaneously offer hot and cold drinks in an easy-to-use, space-efficient machine.
With 14 different machine models, the Nescafé Fusion line meets a range of business needs, from varying cup capacities to countertop sizes. Already launched in 15 markets across Asia, Europe, and Latin America, the Nescafé Fusion range is now set to roll out across an additional 60 markets worldwide. Developed with Nestlé's Swiss-based R&D team, the system integrates advanced technology and coffee expertise.
"As demand for cold beverages rises, especially among younger generations, food service providers need adaptable solutions to deliver both hot and iced options," said Reinhold Jakobi, Global Head of Nestlé Professional. "Nescafé Fusion enables us to meet this need with customizable coffee experiences that align with our sustainability goals."
Beyond delivering a tailored coffee experience, Nescafé Fusion machines emphasize sustainability. Each machine is designed with up to 30% recycled plastic[1] and achieves up to 60% energy savings[2] compared to previous models by pre-heating the brewing chamber on demand, eliminating the need for continuous heating.
Nestlé’s continued focus on innovation reflects its commitment to providing eco-friendly, versatile beverage solutions in response to the ever-changing demands of global consumers.
