The recent Global Dairy Trade auction reported a 2.4% decline in average dairy prices, marking a decrease to USD 3,768 per metric ton. A total of 39,508 metric tons were sold, falling within the expected supply range.

The Global Dairy Trade auction, held on November 4, 2025, saw a decrease in the average dairy product prices by 2.4%, setting the new price at USD 3,768 per metric ton. This decline was observed despite stable global market conditions.

A total of 112 winning bidders participated in the auction, which comprised 19 bidding rounds over a period of 2 hours and 16 minutes. The auction's efficiency was highlighted by the participation of 146 bidders.

The auction offered a minimum of 35,875 metric tons and a maximum of 43,190 metric tons of dairy products. Ultimately, 39,508 metric tons were sold, indicating strong market interest within the stipulated range.

The Global Dairy Trade platform continues to play a crucial role in setting international dairy prices, influencing both producers and consumers worldwide.
