Decrease in Dairy Prices Observed in Bulgaria's Weekly Market Report

In the cheese category, white brined cheese made from cow's milk experienced a slight price drop of 0.5%, now costing 11.94 BGN per kilogram compared to the previous 12.00 BGN. Vitosha yellow kashkaval cheese also saw a minor decline of 0.2%, with its price settling at 18.04 BGN per kilogram.
