Colombia exported 12,328 tons of products, with milk powder (8,663 tons), whey (1,066 tons) and yogurt (812 tons) standing out as the main products.

Venezuela was one of the main destinations for milk powder. Dairy product exports increased 142% in 2024.
The reopening of trade with Venezuela allowed that country to be the main destination, absorbing 97.4% of milk powder and 99% of whey. The United States received 73% of yogurt, taking advantage of preferential access through the FTA.
Imports are slowing from 2023, and the average final inventory of milk powder decreased by 24%. However, the increase in exports represents a better market dynamic, driven by the spraying capacity in the industry, balancing the local market and boosting exports.
