Albina Yasinskaya to Speak at MENA Dairy Congress 2026 on Sustainable Organic Dairy Production
Albina Yasinskaya, Founder & CEO of Rozino Organic Farm and Gelato & Latte, will join the speaker lineup of MENA Dairy Congress 2026. At the Congress, she will present on the topic: “Sustainably Organic Dairy Production: Farm to Table. Closed Circle. ESG.”
A Farm-to-Table Model Built on Sustainability
Albina Yasinskaya is a leading figure in Europe’s organic dairy sector, known for developing a fully integrated farm-to-table concept. She is the founder of Rozino Organic Farm, a regenerative agricultural project located in Bulgaria’s Rose Valley, within the Natura 2000 protected area and the Central Balkan Biosphere Park.
The farm produces a wide range of organic dairy products, including milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, and mozzarella, as well as raw materials for artisanal gelato production.
Her business ecosystem also includes Gelato & Latte, a premium gelato brand, and Rozino Farm Kitchen, forming a vertically integrated model that connects production, processing, and end-consumer experience.
European Recognition and Industry Leadership
Yasinskaya has received international recognition for her work in sustainable agriculture. In 2025, Rozino Organic Farm was awarded the EU Organic Award, while she was named Best Female Organic Farmer in Europe.
Her approach goes beyond traditional dairy farming, focusing on regenerative practices, biodiversity, and circular resource management. The farm operates on a “closed-loop” principle, integrating production, waste recycling, and environmental stewardship.
In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Yasinskaya is also involved in education and industry development, including training programs in dairy and gelato production.
ESG and the Future of Dairy
At MENA Dairy Congress 2026, Albina Yasinskaya will share her vision of sustainable dairy systems based on ESG principles (Environmental, Social, and Governance). Her presentation will highlight how organic farming, local production, and circular economy models can enhance resilience and sustainability in the dairy sector.
Her expertise is particularly relevant for the MENA region, where food security, climate challenges, and resource efficiency are becoming increasingly important for the future of agriculture.
