Unilever Russia has been renamed Arnest UniRus

Elena Tyabutova, General Director of Arnest UniRus, stated that the rebranding is a logical continuation of the transformation process that began in 2024: "Having become a Russian company, we are opening up new opportunities for interaction with consumers and partners. The company's priorities remain the production of high-quality products, the development of innovations, and the relaunch of export directions."
Since the end of 2024, all Unilever assets in Russia and Belarus have been transferred to the ownership of Arnest Group, becoming part of one of the largest players in the country's fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) market.
Today, Arnest UniRus continues to manufacture cosmetics, household chemicals, ice cream, and food products at four production clusters located in the Tula region, Omsk, St. Petersburg, and Yekaterinburg.
