Members of the Milking Goat Association (MGA) have achieved remarkable success at the 2025 Great Yorkshire Show, with winners including Delamere Dairy and St. Helen’s Farm. Notably, Somerset-based cheesemaker, White Lake Cheese, based near Shepton Mallet, emerged triumphant by securing the Supreme Champion Cheese for its Tor goats’ cheese and Reserve Champion Cheese for its Shilling.
The event, hailed as England’s premier agricultural showcase, is organized by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society (YAS), a charity devoted to supporting rural Yorkshire. In total, White Lake Cheese garnered an impressive 13 awards for its range of cheeses at this prestigious Harrogate, North Yorkshire event.
