Soummam, one of Algeria’s largest private dairy buyers, has announced a tender for 4,000 metric tons of skimmed milk powder (SMP) MH and 1,000 metric tons of SMP UHT for delivery in the first quarter of 2025.
The Algerian government’s recent issuance of import derogations sparked anticipation of renewed Algerian interest in the global dairy market. In response, Soummam launched its tender, which will close on November 13.
