Saudi Tadawul index slips to close at 10,798
The Tadawul All Share Index decreased by 28.01 points during Sunday’s session, ending at 10,798.97. Trading was valued at SR3.03bn ($808m). Market breadth was negative, with 103 listed stocks rising and 153 falling.
Saudi Arabia’s parallel Nomu market dropped 239.39 points, or 1.04%, to 22,689.95. Twenty-one Nomu constituents advanced, while 43 declined. The MSCI Tadawul Index shed 2.55 points, equivalent to 0.18%, and closed at 1,436.32.
Tabuk Agricultural Development was the strongest performer, gaining 9.89% to SR7.89. Naseej International Trading rose 7.93% to SR31.30, and Red Sea International added 5.68% to SR26.42.
Saudi Fisheries posted the largest decline, falling 9.99% to SR69.85. East Pipes Integrated dropped 6.48% to SR202, while Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing lost 5.28% to close at SR17.05.
Almarai disclosed interim consolidated results for the six months ending June 30. Its net income was SR1.36bn, a decrease of 0.73% from the corresponding period in 2025. The company said the result reflected poultry-supply conditions in the first quarter, alongside higher feed and freight expenses in its dairy business. It also cited increased distribution costs linked to higher energy prices. Almarai shares fell 3.31% to SR46.
CATRION Catering Holding signed a SR75.7m contract with Dammam Airports. Under the agreement, CATRION will lease facilities at King Fahd International Airport for the delivery of its services and operations. The company said the arrangement forms part of its sustainability strategy, corresponds with increased passenger and flight traffic, reinforces its aviation-services position and supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. Its shares ended 0.40% lower at SR76.25.
