Brown&Co, a Norfolk-based rural agency, is marketing one of the largest dairy farms in south-eastern Mexico, highlighting opportunities for significant expansion in the region.

Norfolk-based rural agency Brown&Co is expanding its international reach by selling one of the largest dairy farms in south-eastern Mexico. The 1562-hectare Tecnología Ganadera Tropical (TGT) business, located in the Campeche state, boasts 671 Australian Friesian Sahiwal cattle and 274 Boer goats.
Recognized by the Mexican government for its over-reliance on milk imports, TGT stands poised for growth under new dairy processing initiatives, offering potential investors subsidies and guaranteed prices. Charles Whitaker of Brown&Co highlighted the opportunity for young dairy farmers to capitalize on this market with a lower capital investment compared to traditional markets.
The farm's infrastructure includes a farmhouse, staff accommodations, and 120 fields benefiting from a favorable climate and abundant water resources.
