Champotón leads with 25.3%, followed by Campeche at 18.9%, Escárcega at 16.1%, Candelaria at 13%, and Carmen at 12%. Significant contributions come from collecting centers in Yohaltún, Candelaria, and Escárcega, with each center serving both direct and indirect beneficiaries. Specifically, Yohaltún is pivotal, producing 199,911 liters at a value of 1,465,310.85 pesos. Liconsa's efforts are noteworthy, as the company aims to provide high-quality milk rivaling top national brands.
