Karnataka Milk Federation Partners with Chai Point to Serve 10 Million Cups of Tea at Maha Kumbh Mela

The Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), known for marketing its dairy products under the Nandini brand, has announced a collaborative venture with the tea café chain Chai Point for the upcoming Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj.
This partnership will see Chai Point setting up 10 stores within the premises of the Maha Kumbh Mela, aiming to serve over 10 million cups of tea throughout the event. KMF has revealed that this initiative seeks to set a Guinness World Record for the highest number of tea cups served at a single event.
Each cup of tea will be brewed using rich and high-quality milk from Nandini, ensuring a premium tea-drinking experience for attendees. Besides tea, Chai Point outlets will also offer a variety of Nandini products like sweets and milkshakes, enhancing the brand's presence at this major spiritual gathering.
The Maha Kumbh Mela, taking place from January 13 to February 26, is expected to attract millions of visitors from around the globe, offering a perfect platform for Nandini to expand its footprint in northern markets and to showcase its high-quality dairy products nationwide.
KMF Managing Director B Shivaswamy expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “The KMF is thrilled to partner with Chai Point for the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025. This is a unique opportunity for Nandini to showcase its products to a diverse audience and reinforce our presence in North India. We look forward to contributing to the success of this historic event.”
