II. Six Thematic Core Visitor Routes – Systematically Addressing Key Pain Points in Food & Beverage Packaging

In 2026, the exhibition introduces the innovative “Sino-Pack/PACKINNO Show Walk” themed visitor routes, offering efficient pathways for food and beverage packaging exploration and direct access to future trends:

Route 1: Food Packaging Machinery
Showcasing innovative, efficient, and energy-saving food packaging technologies, including flexible changeover, flexible production, and digital-intelligent solutions. Examples: YUDONG AUTOMATION’s fully automatic pouch-feeding machine supports multiple pouch types and materials, with speeds of 50–70 bags/min. GUANGDONG HAOMINGDA’s high-speed vertical packaging machine integrates automatic weighing, printing, and inflation, achieving 100–140 bags/min with auto-correction and alarm functions. BAOPACK’s VG42A high-speed packaging machine combines bag-making, filling, sealing, printing, punching, and counting, suitable for pillow bags and stand-up pouches. XIAMEN YUSHENG’s powder packaging machine automates the full process from bag-making to counting at 30–70 bags/min. GUANGZHOU MARCHI’s bottom-fill powder packaging machine reduces dust and drop with bottom filling, compatible with various materials, easy to clean, and simple to operate.

Route 2: Liquid Packaging Solutions
Showcasing end-to-end technologies from bottle-making to case packing, meeting premium demands in beverages and dairy. Examples: JIANGSU TOM’s inline filling and capping integrated machine flexibly handles 50–1000ml at 4,000–7,200 bottles/hour. SHENZHEN HELITAI’s circulation filling machine offers one-key adjustment, fast changeover, high precision, and suits premium beverages, dairy, and personal care products. GUANGZHOU HEYI’s 12-lane sachet production line ensures precise metering, anti-drip, strong sealing, high speed, and compact footprint. BEIJING Y.C.T.D.’s heat-shrink film packer enables high-speed inline bottle separation with efficient, energy-saving shrink ovens for enhanced stability.

Route 3: Weighing, Testing, Coding & Marking
Integrating high-precision weighing, foreign object detection, AI vision inspection, and digital traceability to build a strong food safety defense. Examples: METTLER-TOLEDO’s C16+ automatic checkweigher optimized for dry product flow packaging. TECHIK INSTRUMENT (SHANGHAI)’s TDI dual-energy detector combines intelligent deep learning for shape and material dual recognition, accurately detecting various foreign objects. GUANGDONG KENWEI’s second-generation aluminum foil metal detector effectively shields aluminum film interference and detects all metal contaminants across various packaging states.

Route 4: Food Flexible Packaging
Concentrating on high-barrier, biodegradable, active/intelligent freshness-preserving materials, along with user-friendly designs like easy-tear openings and precise metering. Examples: DQ PACK CHINA’s triple-suction nozzle pouch designed for liquid candies—three nozzles prevent cross-contamination, high-barrier materials lock in freshness, and supports custom printing. HUASHUO (JIANGSU) NEW MATERIAL’s high-barrier film professionally addresses freshness and anti-browning issues, widely used in ambient packaging for prepared dishes and snacks.

Route 5: Catering & Takeaway Packaging
Showcasing fast-changeover, automated equipment, and full-range green packaging materials, focusing on convenience and safety innovations. Examples: SHITULI PACKAGING’s 117 cup series—100% virgin material, high transparency, anti-fog, lightweight, and durable for various chilled foods. PAPKOT (SHENZHEN) NEW MATERIALS’ mineral-coated paper cup replaces traditional PE coating with natural mineral coating for high barrier, reliable heat-sealing, and greater environmental friendliness.

Route 6: Premium Box Packaging
Combining lightweight design, high-end materials, and personalization to create high-conversion gift packaging that elevates brand value. Examples: GUANGDONG SHUANGCHANGSHENG’s easy-open paper can with composite structure, food-grade aluminum foil inner wall, sealing over 50 kPa, and options for full aluminum easy-open lid or aluminum foil tear-off lid. GUANGDONG ZHONGRUI’s double-layer easy-tear lid paper can feature patented dual-layer film for strong sealing and extended shelf life, with an easy-tear membrane and a dispensing hole underneath for precise use.
