DN AGRAR Group's Financial Surge Driven by Dairy Sector Expansion

DN AGRAR Group, one of Romania's leading integrated agrifood companies, has reported significant financial growth for the first nine months of 2025. The company achieved a turnover of RON 158 million, marking a 25% increase compared to the previous year. Net profit also doubled, reaching RON 43 million, indicating robust financial health.

The company's growth was driven by the expansion of its cattle herd to 17,000, which resulted in higher milk deliveries totaling 52 million liters, an increase of 11%. This was coupled with a higher average selling price for milk, contributing to the record results. Operating revenue rose by 27% to RON 245 million, while revenues from production sold increased by 20% to RON 151 million.

Operating subsidies saw a 28% rise, amounting to approximately RON 22 million, following the start of operations at the Straja farm and increased subsidies for dairy cattle welfare. Despite a 15% increase in operating expenses, operating profit surged by 89% to approximately RON 60 million.

Total assets of DN AGRAR reached RON 418 million, reflecting a 16% increase from the end of 2024, while total liabilities climbed by 7% to RON 208 million. Long-term liabilities rose by 17% to RON 129 million, attributed mainly to investments in the Straja farm, solar panels, compost factory equipment, and new leasing contracts for agricultural equipment.

Significant investments were made in the first nine months of 2025, totaling RON 42 million, including the construction of the Straja farm and a new composting line at the Lacto Agrar farm. These efforts are expected to enhance the organic fertilizer production capacity to 14,000 tons with the second compost factory set to become operational in the fourth quarter of 2025.
