Colombian Yogurt Brand Expands from Local Scale to National Retail
A Colombian yogurt company originating in Valle del Cauca has significantly expanded its market presence. Initially starting with an investment of COP 200,000, the brand has successfully secured shelf space in 1,500 supermarkets across the country, including in Ara stores.
The company emphasizes health benefits and maintains a direct supply chain for milk, which is a core component of its business strategy. This approach not only ensures the quality of the raw material but also strengthens its market position by appealing to health-conscious consumers.
In line with its growth strategy, the company is planning to establish a new processing plant with a capacity of 15,000 liters per day. This development is expected to enhance production capabilities and support further distribution expansion.
By focusing on both product quality and strategic market positioning, the company aims to continue its growth trajectory in the Colombian dairy sector.
