Under the apt theme “Navigating the Changing Dairy Landscape,” the gathering brought together a formidable cross-section of industry leaders from across Europe and beyond — all grappling with a sector in flux.
I was honoured to contribute with a session titled “From Now to the Future: Navigating and Forecasting the Dairy Market Evolution,” wh ere I explored how to read today’s volatility — and anticipate tomorrow’s trajectories.
