Members of the Association of Milk Producers (AVM) are convinced that investing in the education of children is the best investment in the reconstruction and future of Ukraine. Consequently, AVM continues its scholarship program, providing free education to talented students at one of Ukraine's most modern educational institutions, the Ukrainian Agrarian Lyceum (UAL).

From 2019 to 2023, AVM granted 17 scholarships. In the current academic year, four lyceum students are benefiting from this program: Maria Chorna, Polina Kvashuk, Daria Korovka (eleventh graders), and Irina Pankratova (tenth grader).
These ambitious, focused, creative, and responsible young ladies actively participated in the All-Ukrainian competition for educational institutions on the occasion of World School Milk Day in 2023. They organized a series of events at the city level to promote milk, creating infographics highlighting the benefits of milk, conducting a photo battle with dairy products, organizing contests and quizzes, and arranging a trip to a dairy farm and milk processing plant. Additionally, for the first time, the lyceum students embarked on educational activities in schools across the city of Uman, reaching over 3000 children.
The hope is extended to these lyceum students and the youth of Ukraine, encouraging them to believe in themselves and receive all the necessary support for preserving, restoring, and developing Ukraine, particularly its most powerful sector – agriculture.

A mandatory condition for continuing education is the academic and social achievements of the scholarship recipients, which are assessed at the end of the year.
The lyceum has successfully implemented the "Agrosphere" course, aimed at introducing youth to the agricultural sector, fostering practical skills, and providing career guidance with the perspective of generating motivated and progressive agrarians. The AVM team is among the authors of the course.
