Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers Appoints New CEO to Lead Future Growth
With over 20 years of experience in agricultural policy, advocacy, and leadership, Campbell-Gibbons brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Previously serving as the chief dairy adviser for the National Farmers’ Union (NFU), she played a key role in shaping initiatives to support dairy farmers. Most recently, she was head of sustainability at Kite Consulting and has held several non-executive director positions, including at the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB). Currently, she also serves as a board member of the Food Standards Agency.
Campbell-Gibbons expressed her excitement for the new role: “I am honoured to join such an esteemed organisation as RABDF. My priority will be to engage with the staff, members, and industry stakeholders, while leveraging my existing relationships to help drive positive change for British dairy farming.”
RABDF Chair Robert Craig praised the appointment: “Hayley’s extensive experience and dedication to the industry make her the ideal leader for RABDF. We are confident that under her leadership, the organisation will continue to advocate strongly for dairy farmers and achieve its full potential.”
As the new CEO, Campbell-Gibbons will focus on reshaping RABDF to foster growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability in the British dairy sector.
