Vilvi Group, one of the largest dairy producers in the Baltic States, has officially opened a new cheese factory in Bauska, Latvia. The investment exceeded €60 million — the largest project in the group's history. At full capacity, the facility is expected to generate around €100–120 million in annual revenue, with its products shipped to more than 40 countries worldwide.
