Vadilal Dairy appoints Neha Kulkarni as compliance officer
Vadilal Dairy International Limited announced on September 17, 2026, that Neha Kulkarni had taken up the roles of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The appointment was approved and ratified by the company’s Board of Directors at its latest meeting.
The company reported the decision through official filings with domestic stock exchanges. Kulkarni has been designated as a Key Managerial Personnel. Her appointment places her in charge of the corporate secretarial function and related statutory responsibilities.
Her duties include coordinating between the board, executive management, shareholders and capital-market regulators. She will oversee statutory filings, support compliance with India’s Companies Act, coordinate public disclosures and manage internal secretarial audits.
The compliance role also covers corporate-integrity requirements across the company’s operations. The appointment comes as the Securities and Exchange Board of India, or SEBI, applies governance requirements to listed fast-moving consumer-goods and dairy businesses.
The areas covered by those requirements include related-party transactions, monitoring for insider trading, the operation of board committees and the timely reporting of material information. The company described the appointment as part of its focus on corporate governance, executive oversight, transparency and statutory compliance.
Vadilal Dairy International manufactures dairy products and ice cream. The company’s source material also places the appointment in the context of businesses managing processing, distribution and cold-chain operations, as well as investments in processing facilities and retail distribution channels.
