The First Russian GOST for Farm Products to Come into Effect on January 1, 2026

The head of Rosstandart, Anton Shalaev, noted that the approval of the standard is an important step in ensuring the accuracy of information about farm products. "The document establishes unified requirements for its identification and labeling, which will enhance market transparency and protect the interests of both honest producers and consumers," emphasized Anton Shalaev.
