130 Dairy Farms in Belarus Have Adopted Digital Platforms

According to her, digital platforms are being applied in several areas—feeding, veterinary care, and zootechnics. Overall, digitalization covers various aspects of dairy production, including ration accounting, process management, and administrative functions.

There are about 1,700 dairy complexes operating in the country. Against this backdrop, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food has announced the goal of increasing the dairy herd, including through work in selection and feed base. Simultaneously, the ministry aims to maximize mechanization of production operations, prioritizing the introduction of equipment for automatic feed pushing, as well as developing infrastructure for young stock maintenance and reducing the share of manual labor.
