Acknowledging Criteser's contributions, TCCA Chair of the Board Shannon Lourenzo expressed gratitude for his leadership over the past 12 years. She highlighted Tillamook's remarkable achievements under Criteser's guidance, including its status as a $1.3 billion business and its widespread consumer reach. Upon Criteser's exit, Booth will assume the combined roles of President and CEO.

Booth, who joined TCCA in 2015, brings extensive experience to his new position. His tenure at Tillamook has been marked by achievements in sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships with retailers nationwide. With nearly 30 years of executive experience, including significant roles at ConAgra Foods, Booth is poised to lead Tillamook into its next phase of growth. He expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to collaborate with Tillamook's farmer-owners and dedicated employees, emphasizing the company's strong culture and organizational momentum as catalysts for future success.
