Sixth Sense India Opportunities III cut its Parag Milk Foods stake

Sixth Sense India Opportunities III reduced its investment in Parag Milk Foods through transactions conducted between November 19th 2025 and September 23rd 2026. Their combined position stood at 3,376,243 shares on September 23rd, after the disposal. The holding therefore declined by 2.35 percentage points of voting capital, from 5.06% to 2.69%.
On a diluted-capital basis, the combined stake fell from 4.71% to 2.51%, with the shares sold representing 2.19% of diluted capital. The disclosure describes the reduction as a series of open-market transactions spread over roughly ten months, rather than as one reported sale.
Fund status and remaining stake
Sixth Sense India Opportunities III is a scheme of Sixth Sense Ventures Trust, which is registered with SEBI as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund. The investment vehicle is not part of Parag Milk Foods’ promoter group. It retained 3,376,243 shares after the reported transactions.
The company’s total diluted capital was 1,346,88,539 shares as of June 30th 2026, according to the information included in the filing. The disclosure does not state why the fund sold the shares and does not link the transactions to a particular assessment of Parag Milk Foods’ future performance.
Scheduled investor meeting
Parag Milk Foods separately notified the stock exchanges on September 23rd of its planned participation in the Arihant Conference on September 28th. The event is a virtual group meeting with analysts and investors and carries a Mumbai location designation.
The company said that no unpublished price-sensitive information would be disclosed during the interaction. The meeting was notified to the BSE and NSE under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has not indicated that the conference and the shareholding transactions are connected.
