SDT will hold autumn conference at Campden BRI

The Society of Dairy Technology (SDT) has scheduled its autumn conference for 5 November 2026. Campden BRI will collaborate with the organisation on the event, whose theme is “Developing Dairy: From Trends to Technology”. The organisers said the programme will address developments affecting new product development across the dairy industry.

Sessions will cover a range of technical and commercial topics. Speakers from the industry are expected to discuss changing market trends, new starter cultures, labelling requirements and quality compliance. Regulatory developments and advances in packaging will also be included in the programme, along with other subjects related to dairy product development.

The conference will provide opportunities for participants to meet other attendees and visit trade stands. Sponsorship packages and space for trade exhibitors are available as part of the event. The SDT’s annual general meeting is scheduled to take place before the conference. Registration is due to open at 09:15, and the conference is scheduled to finish at 15:00. The published timetable therefore includes the association’s meeting before the main programme and concludes with the conference’s afternoon closing time.
