Saputo Inc. (TSX: SAP) has announced the planned retirement of Gaétane Wagner, Chief Human Resources Officer, marking the end of a distinguished 17-year tenure with the company. The retirement will take effect following a transition period, during which Wagner will work closely with her successor, Isabelle Tisseur, who currently serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources.

In line with the succession plans outlined by the company, Isabelle Tisseur will assume the role of Chief Human Resources Officer upon Wagner’s retirement. Tisseur, who joined Saputo in 2019, has held key positions within the human resources function, leading the Dairy Division in Canada from 2019 to April 2023, and subsequently taking charge of the Dairy Division in the USA. Her extensive experience in human resources management and her intimate knowledge of Saputo’s culture and values position her well to drive the company's HR strategies forward.
Lino A. Saputo, Chair of the Board, President, and CEO, expressed gratitude for Wagner's significant contributions to the company, particularly in shaping Saputo’s human resources strategies and fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity, and employee development. Saputo is confident that Tisseur’s leadership, combined with her deep understanding of the business and its people, will further strengthen the HR function and advance the company's organizational goals.
