"Rusagro" transferred to the management of Rosselkhozbank's structure after the controlling stake was transferred to the state
Previously, the controlling stake of the agricultural holding was transferred to the state by the decision of the Khamovniki Court of Moscow. On May 5, the court satisfied the demand to transfer more than half of the shares of PJSC "Rusagro Group" to the state revenue as part of the lawsuit against the company's founder, former senator Vadim Moshkovich, former head of the company Maxim Basov, and other co-defendants.
According to the court's decision, 469 million 702 thousand 161 ordinary shares of PJSC "Rusagro", registered to Vadim Moshkovich, were transferred to the state revenue. Shares owned by Natalia Bykovskaya, Maxim Basov, Sergey Tribunsky, and Luiza Ploshchanskaya were also transferred to the state.
The authorized capital of PJSC "Rusagro Group" is divided into 958 million 749 thousand 600 ordinary shares. Thus, the state received the controlling stake — slightly more than 65% of the company's shares.
"Rusagro" is among the largest agricultural holdings in Russia. The group's assets are located in 15 regions of the country. The holding includes 9 sugar factories, 6 oil extraction enterprises, 6 fat and oil production plants, 46 pig complexes, and 4 meat processing plants.
The group's land bank totals 826 thousand hectares, ranking fourth among the largest landowners in Russia.
In 2025, "Rusagro"'s revenue amounted to 396.5 billion rubles compared to 340 billion rubles the previous year.
