Odeko Expands in Pacific Northwest with Dairy Distributing Acquisition

Odeko, a comprehensive operations and technology partner for food and beverage businesses, has announced the acquisition of Dairy Distributing, a prominent dairy distributor based in Bellingham, Washington. Founded in 1963 and previously acquired by Troia Foods in 2022, Dairy Distributing serves hundreds of independent cafes and restaurants throughout Northern Washington.

This acquisition aims to strengthen Odeko's footprint in the Pacific Northwest, allowing the company to access new local products and vendors. Customers of Dairy Distributing will now benefit from Odeko's extensive online ordering platform, which includes a national product catalog, 24/7 customer support, and financing options.

Dane Atkinson, CEO and Founder of Odeko, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, highlighting the strong reputation Dairy Distributing has built in the community.
