In her new capacity, she will shoulder the responsibility of overseeing communications to diverse stakeholder groups.

Bringing a wealth of experience, Nicola Morgan-Hulme's most recent tenure at The LEGO Group saw her in senior Western Europe and UK brand relations positions, culminating in her role as Brand Relations Director, Western Europe. Her responsibilities included crafting comprehensive communications strategies encompassing PR, events, corporate communications, social responsibility, and internal communications. Preceding her time at The LEGO Group, she served as a Senior Account Director at the prominent London agency Ketchum, contributing to PR and communications campaigns for global brands such as P&G, Samsung, and Mastercard.

Mariam Skovfoged, Senior Vice President for Communications at Arla Foods, expressed her delight at Morgan-Hulme's appointment, highlighting her extensive communications expertise across various audiences and her commitment to a people-focused approach. Emphasizing the strength of the team in the UK, Skovfoged looks forward to collaborating with Nicola to drive the communications agenda forward, both in Arla's largest market and on a global scale as part of the Communications Leadership Team.

Nicola Morgan-Hulme, expressing her enthusiasm, said, "I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to lead the UK communications for Arla. Joining the UK’s number one dairy company and being able to help drive such important ambitions forward is a very proud moment for me." Eager to embark on her new adventure in the New Year, she looks forward to collaborating with dedicated colleagues, teams, and farmer owners.

This strategic appointment follows the decision by the current UK Communications Director, Theis Broegger, to depart Arla at the end of the year as his international assignment in the UK concludes.
