Morinaga Milk, PT ABC Kogen Dairy to Enter Singapore Market

Japan’s Morinaga Milk Industry Co. has partnered with Indonesian dairy producer PT ABC Kogen Dairy (AKD) to expand into Singapore, the companies said.
Morinaga and AKD will introduce a range of dairy products under both the Morinaga and AKD’s ‘KIN’ brands, with sales expected to launch in April 2025. The move follows a basic agreement signed in February to assess market feasibility.
The collaboration aligns with Morinaga’s strategy to boost overseas revenue, with a target of at least 15% of total sales fr om global markets by the fiscal year ending March 2029.
The companies also see potential beyond Singapore, eyeing further expansion across Asia, including Indonesia, wh ere Morinaga has operated since 1979.
Morinaga has built a strong presence in Indonesia’s formula milk sector and aims to leverage its regional expertise to meet growing demand for high-quality dairy products in Asia.
