India's Ministry of Cooperation partners with Swiggy Instamart to bring cooperative dairy products to online platforms.
India's Ministry of Cooperation recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Swiggy Instamart, a major player in the online grocery space, to list cooperative dairy products on its platform.
This collaboration aims to enhance market access for Bharat Organics and other cooperative dairy products by tapping into Swiggy's extensive reach in the e-commerce and q-commerce domains. Key officials, such as Secretary Dr. Ashish Kumar Bhutani, were present during the MoU signing. Amitesh Jha, CEO of Swiggy Instamart, and D K Verma from the Ministry, formalized the agreement which is expected to bolster the visibility and accessibility of cooperative entities. Swiggy will also support these brands in areas such as marketing, promotion, and consumer technology.
