The company, founded by Nigel Salsbury in 1996, aims to continue its momentum by targeting a turnover of £52 million and an EBIT of £1.5 million by the fiscal year 2028. Middledale Foods specializes in the complex supply of bulk, short shelf-life dairy ingredients, providing crucial support to food manufacturers in sourcing and product development.
