French company Malo Dairy, part of SILL Enterprises, has introduced ultra-high-temperature milk packaged in sustainable Pure-Pak cartons designed by Elopak.

French company Malo Dairy, a subsidiary of SILL Enterprises, has recently unveiled its ultra-high-temperature (UHT) milk, packaged in environmentally-friendly Pure-Pak cartons created by global packaging supplier Elopak.
The UHT milk is produced using an aseptic filling line installed by SILL in 2024, employing the E-PS120AH machine that handles various sizes and board configurations for Pure-Pak cartons.
The machine offers the option of cartons with or without an aluminium barrier, enhancing versatility. SILL PLF Division development director Michel Guigo highlighted the strategic significance of Malo Dairy, noting that it is deeply embedded in Brittany’s dairy industry. "Malo milk comes only from grass-fed cows collected from the dairy’s neighbouring farms.
The result is milk with a full taste that is rich in nutrients and natural properties," he said. Elopak and SILL Enterprises mark 30 years of collaboration in 2025, having worked together since 1995 to advance effective and sustainable packaging solutions. Guillaume Calmels from Elopak France emphasized the partnership’s foundation of trust and commitment to quality and innovation.
Malo Dairy, based in Saint-Malo, Brittany, is renowned for its diverse range of dairy products including yoghurts, desserts, cheeses, and butter. The shift to Pure-Pak cartons is part of their strategic move towards sustainability in packaging.
