Lely marked a significant milestone today with the delivery of its 50,000th Astronaut milking robot at the Balmoral Show in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. John Henning OBE, the 37th president of the Royal Ulster Agricultural Society, attended the celebration.
Since its commercial launch in 1995, the Astronaut has transformed dairy farming, currently milking over 2.5 million cows daily across more than 50 countries worldwide.
