This $65 million investment has introduced an advanced new bottle production line aimed at supporting the growth of Danone's coffee and creamer brands, including 'International Delight', 'Silk', and 'SToK'. The new line features cutting-edge technology that enhances efficiency, reduces bottle loss by 30%, and optimizes water consumption for their recyclable bottles.
The expansion also includes a strategic new regional distribution center designed to streamline supply chain operations across the Southeastern United States. According to Dan Magliocco, president of Danone North America, this initiative highlights the company's ongoing commitment to American manufacturing and economic development, creating 200 new jobs directly and indirectly in Jacksonville. Florida Representative Aaron Bean commended Danone's investment, expressing gratitude for the economic growth it fuels in Northeast Florida. Beyond the US, Danone continues to expand globally, with recent investments in Singapore, Canada, Mexico, and Poland since 2024.
