Danone liquidates a subsidiary in Belarus

The French dairy producer Danone has begun the liquidation of its subsidiary in Belarus, the website of the legal scientific and practical journal "Justice of Belarus" reports.
The foreign limited liability company DanonBel is in the process of liquidation on the basis of a decision dated March 13, 2024, the message says.
Danone has been officially represented in Belarus since 2009. DanonBel carried out wholesale deliveries of Danone products to the republic. Previously, until 2022, the French manufacturer also owned two production sites in the republic — Danon Pruzhany and Danon Shklov, which are currently part of other enterprises.
