The collaboration focuses on expanding Dairy Day's presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets in India. The company has implemented Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Service to digitize its front-end sales operations.

This digital transformation aims to provide real-time market visibility and operational agility, essential for Dairy Day's ambitious growth plans. The company targets a revenue milestone of ₹1,000 crore within the next three years by doubling its retail footprint.

Agentforce Sales and Service platforms will enable better inventory tracking and enhance sales capabilities. Venkateswaran Krishnamoorthy, CTO of Dairy Day, emphasized the need for a flexible and resilient digital foundation to support scaling efforts.
