Rowe comes with an extensive background of more than 30 years in executive roles across the international dairy, infant formula supply, and consumer packaged goods sectors. His career highlights include senior leadership positions in Australia, Asia, and the United States, notably serving as Commercial Director of Fonterra Brands Australia and most recently as B2B President and CFO of the Seattle-based dairy cooperative Darigold.

The transition of the CFO role occurs at a time when Bubs Australia is contending with ongoing macroeconomic and supply chain challenges. According to the company's latest financial updates, it is navigating an operating environment complicated by evolving regulatory requirements, product availability constraints, geopolitical disruptions in the Middle East, and increased air freight costs aimed at supporting retail restocking programs.
