Four Dairy Brands Are Highlighted Among Local Producers in Turkistan Region
MilKart is a dairy producer from Turkistan. The company's range includes milk, fermented milk drinks, kaymak, mozzarella, kozhe, and kurt. The enterprise began operations in 2024 and has announced plans to increase production capacity and enter other Central Asian and Chinese markets.

The AYKAN company from the Sayram district operates under the "Emir" brand. Production started in 2012. The enterprise produces cheeses, mozzarella, suluguni, bryndza, chechil, sour cream, cream cheese, and other dairy products.

The Baraka №1 brand is developing a modern format of traditional Kazakh products. One of the company's key products is portioned kurt, intended for sale in retail chains and food fairs. This format allows the national dairy product to be adapted for the mass consumer.

Borte Milka is a vertically integrated dairy enterprise located in the Ordabasy district. The company combines its own dairy farm and milk processing plant. The range includes milk, kefir, sour cream, butter, kurt, salty ayran, and other products.

The only non-dairy participant in the selection is Dala Fruit. The Turkistan agro-industrial company grows, stores, and processes fruits, producing pressed apple juice and fruit purees. The enterprise is located in the Sayram district.

The Turkistan Brand initiative aims to promote local products and increase the recognition of producers in the region. The presented selection highlights the significant role of the dairy sector in forming food brands in the Turkistan region.
