Calcar's Tarariras plant in Uruguay is set to resume operations, with 51 workers starting on milk packaging tasks. The new phase brings hope and enthusiasm.
The director of the newly formed company Calcar has confirmed that its plant in Tarariras will resume activities next Monday. Marcel Dubois explained to Subrayado that the opportunity arose to manage the reactivation of the plant, which is backed by four partners with distribution and representation in Montevideo and Canelones, as well as 25 additional distributors.
At the Tarariras facility, work will commence with 51 operatives. Workers and the union, represented by Washington Marzat, have expressed their enthusiasm, anticipating the start of milk packaging operations next week.
