Belarus Reduces Minimum Export Prices for Dairy Products and Meat for the Russian Market

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus has adjusted the minimum export prices for dairy products and meat sold under foreign trade agreements. The corresponding decree No. 77 dated September 2, 2025, is published on the National Legal Internet Portal.
Belarus Reduces Minimum Export Prices for Dairy Products and Meat for the Russian Market

Foreign trade agreements concluded before the decree came into force and still in effect must be brought in line with the new provisions. Exceptions are made only in cases where payment has been made in full, and the goods have been fully or partially shipped (in which case changes affect only the remaining volumes).

According to the document, prices for a number of key product positions for Russia have been reduced:
  • milk and cream in powder (fat content more than 1.5%) — from 380 to 350 rubles/kg,

  • butter (fat content 80% and more) — from 650 to 620 rubles/kg,

  • butter (fat content from 72% to 80%) — from 580 to 550 rubles/kg.

At the same time, prices for some categories remained unchanged:

  • dry milk and cream (fat content up to 1.5%) — 235 rubles/kg,

  • dry dairy products — 170 rubles/kg,

  • cheeses (low-fat and for melting) — 375 rubles/kg,

  • cheeses with fat content of 45% and below — 495 rubles/kg,

  • cheeses with fat content above 45% — 505 rubles/kg.
