Arla Confirms Unchanged Milk Prices for February 2025

Arla, the multinational dairy cooperative, has confirmed unchanged milk prices for its British farmer suppliers for February 2025. This applies to both conventional and organic milk, with the on-account prices remaining at 48.27p per litre for conventional milk and 58.26p per litre for organic milk as of February 1.

The cooperative noted that global milk supplies are gradually rising, coupled with a continuous, albeit slower, growth in retail sales. Arla stated, "Commodity markets are stabilising on the back of the seasonal Christmas volatility. Overall, the outlook is stable."

Similarly, dairy processor Muller has announced that it will maintain its milk prices for February. Farmers participating in Muller's Advantage scheme will receive a consistent price of 42.25p per litre, provided they meet the specified conditions.
