Allana Group Appoints Manish Bandlish as Group Managing Director and Targets 67% Turnover Growth

Bandlish will oversee the Group’s operations in India, Malaysia, Vietnam, the UAE, Egypt, and Ethiopia. He has been tasked with increasing Allana Group’s turnover from the current INR 240 billion to INR 400 billion within three years. The company therefore expects to increase the figure by approximately 67%.

The development plan provides for investments in the Group’s core businesses, the creation of additional production capacity, entry into new food categories, and expansion in international markets. In particular, the Group intends to build two new food processing plants.

The development of protein production will be one of its priorities. Allana Group is also expanding its poultry operations through Indian Poultry Alliance, a vertically integrated venture with an initial investment of $120 million. The project will encompass breeder farms, hatcheries, feed mills, contract broiler farming, value-added products, and the processing of by-products.

Allana Group’s portfolio includes frozen and chilled meat, fruit purees, coffee, vegetables, grains, animal feed, pet food, bakery products, and ice cream. In the coming years, the company plans to exit some low-margin businesses and consider acquiring assets in strategically important segments.

Manish Bandlish has more than 25 years of experience in the food industry, fast-moving consumer goods, and retail. Before joining Allana Consumer Products in December 2025, he headed the Indian company Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable. He previously held senior positions at JK Foods, METRO Cash & Carry, Subhiksha, and Marico.
