Vadilal Dairy International reported a standalone net loss of ₹1.46 crore for the quarter ended September 2024, a slight improvement from the ₹1.53 crore loss recorded in the same period last year.
The company’s sales grew by 12.9% year-on-year, reaching ₹3.15 crore in the September 2024 quarter, compared to ₹2.79 crore in the same period last year.
Key performance metrics showed incremental improvement, with the operating profit margin (OPM) at -40.32%, an improvement over -52.33% in the September 2023 quarter. Profit before depreciation and taxes (PBDT) stood at a loss of ₹1.38 crore, compared to a loss of ₹1.50 crore last year, while profit before tax (PBT) narrowed to a loss of ₹1.82 crore from ₹2.00 crore in the year-ago quarter.
The company’s results reflect efforts to boost revenue while addressing ongoing operational challenges.
