Saudi Salic to Gain Agro Assets in Russia through Acquisition of Singapore's Olam Agri

Saudi company Salic (Saudi Agricultural & Livestock Investment Co.) will acquire control over a range of Russian agricultural assets through the purchase of Singapore’s Olam Agri, according to a statement from the Russian Grain Exporters and Producers Union. This follows reports from international media that Olam Group has received a buyout offer from Salic for its agricultural division.
