World Dairy Expo Exhibitors Receive Doug Williams Booth Awards
Five exhibitors received the Doug Williams Memorial Booth Award at the 2026 World Dairy Expo Trade Show. The awards were presented on September 30 by the Expo’s Commercial Exhibitor Committee, event staff and members of the Doug Williams family.
AgSherpa won in the New Booth category, while Lely received the Outdoor Booth award. BouMatic LLC was named the Showstopper Booth winner, Madero Dairy Systems took the Interactive Booth award, and GEA Farm Technologies, Inc. received Best of Show.
The awards recognise exhibitors in five divisions: New Booth, Outdoor Booth, Showstopper Booth, Interactive Booth and Best of Show. Companies compete on booth design and presentation, including visual appeal, interactivity and style.
More than 468 companies travelled from around the world to exhibit technologies at the 2026 trade show. Representatives from 39 US states and 19 countries met attendees at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, where exhibitors displayed their products and services.
The 59th World Dairy Expo took place from September 29 to October 2, 2026. Its programme included the dairy-focused trade show, seminars on dairy and forage, and a dairy cattle show.
The memorial award is named for Doug Williams, who died in January 2025. Williams was associated with Kuhn North America’s booth at the Expo for three decades and served for 24 years on the Commercial Exhibitor Committee, including as its chairman. He also spent six years on the Expo’s Executive Committee and 10 years on its board of directors.
Williams was named a Friend of Expo in 2014. The organisers said the awards honour his memory and his contribution to the event’s trade-show activities.
