Wendell Dairy Days Celebration Features Parade and Community Gathering

The annual Wendell Dairy Days in Wendell, Idaho, started on Friday night with a variety of activities including vendor stalls, food, and live entertainment. The festivities on Friday featured performances by cheerleaders from Wendell Middle School and high school, alongside craft vendors and bounce houses. A screening of the movie 'The Sandlot' was scheduled to take place at 9 p.m. as part of the opening night's entertainment.

Saturday's lineup will kick off with a parade at 10 a.m., followed by a return to the park for community festivities. Attendees can enjoy complimentary cheese, ice cream, and yogurt, reflecting the event's dairy theme. The day will include lunch and various entertainment options, culminating with a street dance at 8 p.m. The celebrations are expected to conclude around 10 or 10:30 p.m.
